Staff can't count change, at least half of my orders are wrong in one way or another, a big mac had two middle buns instead of the top middle and bottom buns, and my valid free big mac voucher was accepted but not followed through with and cooked for my order.

I never knew following a simple tasks was so impossible. Either the workers are incompetent or lack the ability to understand and listen. This is why Hungry Jacks is better. At least they know what they are doing. They actually give burgers that are hot, after the burger is made. It goes into a microwave for like 30 seconds, so why not do what they do? Like do better?
